1. Make sure your Mac is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Troubleshooting

If you run into any trouble whilst setting up your AirPrint printer, there are a few things you can try!

• Make sure you're running the latest version of macOS on your Mac and iOS on your iOS devices.
• Make sure your printer is updated to the latest software and firmware. Check your printer's user guide for information on updating your printer firmware.
• If you've got your printer connected to your Mac or to your network via USB, you're not going to be able to use AirPrint. You can't have your AirPrint and eat it USB, too.
• Make sure your printer is connected to the network. Also, make sure your printer is connected to the network. And don't forget to make sure your printer is connected to the network.
